Return & Exchange Policy

There will be no refunds or returns. 

 All sales are final due to sanitary purposes. 

BodySlush will consider store credit if your item(s) arrived damaged, however there will be conditions. 

Please send an email to [email protected] with 3 photos of your damaged item(s). Your email needs to include pictures of the shipping box, the top of the item(s) and the bottom of the item(s) to show that it has arrived damaged. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our team. We will then email you with a personal discount code (store credit) if your request has been approved. 

Please note that you will have up to 48 hours to report your item(s) damaged after your package was delivered.
